Made with the generous support of the Howard Gilman Foundation and designed in collaboration with Manuel Miranda of Manuel Miranda Practice (who also refreshed our logo last year), our website elevates and centers some of our most important values as a theatre company with our signature timeless, modern look. The PlayCo Archive
In addition to information about current shows and events, at the heart of our new website is a robust, vibrant archive of new plays from the United States and around the world that have premiered at PlayCo. Explore our body of work by play title, chronology, country of origin, and even artistic discipline, highlighting the contributions of hundreds of artists who have worked with us over twenty-plus years. We hope that this archive will encourage discovery and delight, as well as better serve the students, scholars, translators, journalists, and artists for whom PlayCo is a valuable resource.
The Hub
We are in the process of reactivating The Hub as a curated platform for global conversation on the subjects that matter most to us and our community. Over the next few months, we’ll be introducing new perspectives on dramatic translation, multiculturalism, and social justice in the arts. And of course, we’ll continue to publish exclusive interviews and features about the artists and plays we’re working with this season!
Community Partnerships
Community partnerships are a cornerstone of PlayCo’s programming, and we are thrilled to dedicate a portion of our website to highlighting the artistic, educational, social justice, and service organizations we have partnered with over the years. We hope that this page, and a greater presence across our website as a whole, will increase visibility for the many organizations that support the communities we live amongst.
